The Alexander Performance Group, Inc., dba Learning Interventionssm was founded in 2004 by Terri Singleton Alexander. The company provides corporate clients with training and instructional design needs, with expanded service offerings in eLearning development and performance improvement consulting. It also provides academic institutions with curriculum development and students with editing, proofreading, and word processing for theses and dissertations.
Terri has over 20 years of professional experience as a workplace learning and performance professional. She has designed and developed blended learning solutions and provided technical writing for telecommunications (call center sales and customer service for wire line and wireless services), real estate, home inspection, banking/finance, mortgage lending, credit card services, payment processing, health education, airlines, and home improvement retail industries.
Terri earned a MS in Instructional and Performance Technology (now called Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning) from Boise State University, a BS in Management from the University of South Carolina, and a certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Chi Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and the Atlanta chapters of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She has served as a two-term past Vice President of Membership for ISPI-Atlanta.
